Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.
Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be defective.
- No refunds will be provided for items where the customer simply changes their mind about the purchase.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@pathfindercampers.com.au within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return. Please include your full name, order number & email address and issue with your item.
- You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during the return shipping. Items damaged or lost in transit are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
