- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
- Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Options:
We offer three shipping methods to suit your needs:

You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Pricing and estimated delivery times will be displayed based on your selection and shipping destination.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. Shipping costs are covered by us up to a maximum value of $50.
If the total shipping cost exceeds $50, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping is excluded during sale events
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to weather, high demand, or carrier issues. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- In cases of damaged goods, please keep the original packaging for inspection.
